Tracy is a branding strategist, personal branding consultant, and executive communication coach. In 2016, Tracy departed from her corporate role and founded Frame & Fame, a personal branding consultancy supporting senior executives, corporate managers and business owners in Hong Kong and Asia to differentiate themselves, attract ideal clients, and fast tract their career/business success.In 2017, with the increasing demand on company branding projects, Tracy started BrandIcon with Sertaç and other experienced branding and marketing professionals, aiming to help entrepreneurs and SME owners to realize their ideas, engage with target audience and build a positive, sustainable reputation in the industry.

Tracy has over 14 years of experience in both corporate and public communications where she specialized in formulating communication strategy, creating the brand narrative and coaching Fortune 500 corporates’ spokespeople in delivering their key messages. Prior to starting her business in Hong Kong, Tracy held different roles in Singapore, Shanghai, Belgium, and Denmark.

Sertaç Mustafaoglu

 Living and working in Hong Kong for last 14 years, Sertaç has over 16 years of graphic/product design, branding, marketing and, business development experience. He is experienced in helping businesses finding their brand tone, visual identity while providing support for marketing and brand strategies. Currently, Sertaç is working as an independent designer and consultant for local and overseas clients including start ups to Fortune 500 companies. He partners with Tracy to establish “Brand Icon”, a branding consultancy supporting entrepreneurs and small-to-medium businesses in Hong Kong and the APAC region especially.

A firm believer of “human-centered design”, Sertaç doesn’t only care about the aesthetic elements of the brands, he always goes the extra mile for clients to understand the narrative, approach and core offerings of the companies, their users’ experience, and incorporate these concepts into the brand identity that he creates.
